Hey there! My name is Liam, and this is my hobby room! I've been building Gunpla on and off since I was a child, and it's a big part of my life. Over the years I have put together a hobby room for myself. It's a sacred space for me, where I film my projects for my YouTube channel: Liam's Hobby Room!
Check out the workspace photos, items and tools Liam uses below.

DESKS (x2):
https://www.wayfair.ca/furniture/pdp/trent-austin-design-riggle-writing-desk-c006844291.html?piid=399709950
DESCRIPTION: I had to be careful selecting desks so they would fit in the room. I recommend buying a desk with a desktop that has some space away from the frame so you can clamp things to it. Other than that, generally L desks are helpful and ergonomic.PAINT STORAGE: https://www.temu.com/ca/versatile-10-drawer-rolling-storage-cart-macaron-metal-frame-with---for--organization-desk-drawer-organizer-for-home-storage-g-601099799150576.html
DESCRIPTION: This isn't the exact model I have, but the original was discontinued. I found this to be a convenient storage solution for paints, because I can wheel it out when I need it and tuck it away when I don't, and the added benefit of it having a small countertop can be helpful as well!WALL STORAGE: Mounted on the walls are peg boards and shelves from my local hardware store. None of them are proprietary or special in any way, and I just cut some wooden boards to the correct size to fit them onto the pegboard and act as shelves. The shelves holding all of my model kits are just wooden boards I mounted, so there's nothing special there. If you look closely you can see how poorly they fit together ^^;
Toolbox
TOOLBOX: https://www.temu.com/goods.html?_bg_fs=1&goods_id=601101259214239
DESCRIPTION: I highly recommend a stackable, modular toolbox like this. The bottom compartment is big enough to store containers of the kits you're working on if you need to take them on the go as well as some other supplies like cement and superglue. You can remove trays to suit your storage needs too. Its a very sturdy little plastic storage solution.NIPPER: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005514295535.html
DESCRIPTION: There are so many offerings for these types of supplies, but I am not very picky. Because I do a lot of surfacing work and will be sanding everything anyways, I don't really need fancy nippers. However, these are comparable to GodHand brand in my opinion.HOBBY KNIFE: https://www.tamiya.com/english/products/74020/index.html
DESCRIPTION: This is a great quality hobby knife that comes with a short OLFA blade. I prefer it to the longer blades standard in North America because it is easier to control for precision work. I also find the tips break far less.SPRAYBOOTH: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005008352385633.html
DESCRIPTION: This is a basic spray booth with some lights inside for visibility. There are many more advanced options available, but this one works fine for me.
